Associated Compressor and Equipment is a full field service operation providing Air Compressors, Nitrogen Generators, Vacuum Pumps, and Systems with locations in Northern and Central California. Associated Compressor is proud to announce we are opening a new branch office in Southern California. We have a highly qualified staff ready to assist you with all your compressed air requirements. Our mission is to provide not only quality products and services, but also provide lasting customer satisfaction.

Associated Compressor & Equipment started operations on May 24, 1966, founded by Warren Thatcher and eventually supported by his son Michael and Vice President Larry Powel.

In August of 2015 Associated Compressor & Equipment changed ownership, but not the mission and values originally started by Warren, Mike and Larry. New owners Steve Strah and Jeff Banbury have over 30 years of compressed air experience. Steve was former Owner/Partner of the largest Compressed Air Equipment & Service Company in Northern California. His Northern California team built a service department with 25 field technicians by providing an unmatched customer experience that other compressor companies still hope to emulate. Our current team plans on bringing the same exceptional quality and customer service to the Southern Southern California market, building on the years of work invested by the original founders.

Today, Associated Compressor & Equipment is one of the largest Compressed Air service companies in California. We are committed to maintaining our long-standing tradition of honesty, integrity, and professionalism, while offering the best quality products and services to our customers.
